Septic Maintenance 101 Workshop

  • Friends Meeting House 3820 East Moores Pike Bloomington, IN, 47401 United States (map)

Join us on Thursday, June 20 for a one-hour workshop on how to care for your septic system. Shian’ah Cox from the Monroe County Health Department will give a 20-minute presentation on how septic systems work and the importance of regular maintenance before opening the floor to questions. Maggie Sullivan will share information about our new septic system maintenance voucher program where participants can receive up to $100 in reimbursement off the cost of septic tank pumping or septic riser installation.

Free pizza for anyone who registers by June 15th using the form below! (Drop-ins are also welcome but food is not guaranteed.)

Are you pumping your septic tank every 3-5 years? Do you know what items to avoid sending down the drain? Is your septic field protected from vehicles and trees? Check out our septic webpage for an overview of proper septic system care or download our septic maintenance brochure.
